The loss of a partner, but also memories of very difficult life events, can lead to psychological stress that lasts a lifetime. Elderly people often think that there is “nothing left to save at their age anyway”. However, it is never too late to reorganize your life or to address existing complaints through psychotherapy. Nobody is “too old” to change and learn something new for themselves. We would like to encourage you to take care of the health of your soul, even at an advanced age.
