Supervision is a form of professional advice aimed at ensuring and improving the quality of professional work. Problems, conflicts, case studies and open questions that arise in everyday professional life, in professional interaction and between practitioner and patient are discussed and reflected upon.

There are various forms of supervision, such as individual, group or team supervision. We offer case supervision with colleagues from the psychotherapeutic field as well as supervision for people working in the healing and teaching professions. In addition, also for colleagues within the framework of state training to become a psychotherapist.

Sabine Schäfer is a recognized supervisor of the Baden-Württemberg Chamber of Psychotherapists. Supervision for licensed psychological psychotherapists, child and adolescent psychotherapists and doctors can be recognized by the relevant chambers as further training within the meaning of SGB V.
